The Construction Project
One of the most important decisions in our building project was the search for a suitable lot. Southern exposure on a canal with gulf access in the southwestern part of Cape Coral were set. South facing - to get enough sun even in winter, canal - to enjoy the waterfront wonderland and the offshore islands by boat, southwest Cape Coral - the best residential area, Cape Coral - big city, yet quiet and many, many destinations nearby.
After that we trusted our realtor Nadja Marie Brunner and found with Premier Cape Construction a very good builder who was willing to change his standard plans according to our wishes and thus realize our own dream house. Despite adverse circumstances such as the Corona Pandemic, material shortages, price increases and most recently Hurricane Ian, Premier Cape has always remained a fair partner and our house continues to make progress. See in the following photos the progress of the construction from the beginning until today. We hope to receive the c o (certificate of occupancy)in August 2023, then furnish our house in a modern and Florida style and then offer our new villa Sea Shell to you for rent starting November 2023.
